The purpose of this blog is share recipies for vegan smoothies. By vegan, I mean no animal or insect products. We want to keep our food cruelty free! This is the smoothie I had for breakfast this morning:
Vanilla coconut milk
Almond milk
Frozen raspberries
Packet of acai
One banana
Spirulina (2 tsp)
Chlorella (2 tsp)
I am breastfeeding, so I try to get good fats in smoothies to pass on to my daughter. I made this to boost my immune system.
